I chose this profession because I simply love food. I get great pleasure cooking meals as it is one way I can bring joy into the lives of others. I view my job as a way to make someone’s life easier or happier or to treat patrons to a delicious favorite after a long day and enjoy flavorful meals that enhance their moods and their bodies. 

Also, I love to teach people what I know, so my career goal is to become a culinary instructor and teach people to serve food with love and become a joy in the life of others.

 

I hope this love for food and knowledge of the industry leads me to enjoy a successful career as a chef Instructor in the next few years.
