Chef Joseph Lesch
Chef Lesch is the Georgian College's culinary instructor and responsible for creation of the student's planned course material and standards. Chef Lesch is an exceptional teacher of cooking. Under his leadership, many students grow and evolve as culinary professionals.
He began his career in 1988, serving for 25 years until 2013 as a cooking instructor at Humber College. It was a pleasure he began teaching in Georgian College and as his student is a good fortune for me.

Chef Josie Bancheri
Chef Bancheri is the culinary teacher of Georgian College and is in charge of instruction to the students. Chef Bancheri is an excellent baking teacher. I have learned so much under her guidance. In 2005, she started her career by starting a very famous Juicy Deserts company, and then began her professorship with the Georgian college and Humber College in 2015.
